Service Description
Thank you for your interest in Built & Balanced, a women-only fitness class designed to support strength, balance, and overall wellness. Each class is circuit-based and suitable for all fitness levels, combining strength and resistance training with cardio, along with brief mindfulness practices before and after each workout. Classes are kept intentionally small (5–10 women) to ensure a supportive, personalized experience. Reserve your weekly spot below. At the end of each week, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up for the following week onsite. Pricing is $12 per class or $80 per month. After submitting this form, you’ll receive an email invoice along with a short intake form to complete prior to your first class. If you’re interested in private sessions, you can indicate that below and Maggie will be in touch. We look forward to training with you
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. The ways you can notify us of a cancellation are by text or call at (650) 766-1664 or by email at MAGGIE@MAGGIEBROWNNUTRITION.COM Our staff wants to be available for the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. We will begin enforcing the cancellation policy by charging a fee for no-show appointments. As of October 1, 2022 there will be a full appointment charge if we do not receive a call to cancel an appointment. Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy.
