A practical, judgment-free wellness program designed by Certified Nutritionist Maggie Brown to support student health.
Practical Wellness Support Created by a Certified Integrative Nutritionist
What is Smart Start?
The Smart Start Initiative is a school-based wellness program that brings simple, sustainable nutrition support to the classroom. It’s built for real schools, real teachers, and real families—offering easy strategies that fit into your existing routines, not on top of them.
When we support smarter food choices and build consistent, positive messages around wellness, we help improve learning, energy, and focus—while also tackling long-term concerns like childhood obesity, type 2 diabetes, and poor nutrition habits.
